FSC® is an international not for-profit, multi-stakeholder organization established in 1993 to promote responsible management of the world’s forests. FSC® works to improve forest management across the world. It ensures best social and environmental practices. It brings direct benefits to the forest, such as protecting biodiversity, indigenous peoples’ rights, workers’ rights, and areas of significant environmental or cultural importance.
Nordic Ecolabel
It is the voluntary and positive ecolabelling of products and services.The Nordic ecolabel was also initiated as a practical tool for consumers to help them actively choose environmentally sound products. It is an ISO 14024 type 1 ecolabelling system and is a third-party control organ.Our Nordic ecolabel trademark is a guarantee that products have fulfilled stringent environmental and climate criteria.
Pulp From Sustainable Forests
This mark aims to certify the origin of paper. It suggests that the fibers have been obtained from integrated and sustainable forestry operations, where controlled felling and replanting policies are enacted.
Neutral PH
The natural pH mark indicates the neutral status of the paper, generally determined by the use of so-called “acid-free” production process. The pH level is calculated by using a water extract from the paper.
